This is almost $200,000 and the closet space has ben taken over by a washe and TV

Always a trade-off of convenience of W&D and closet space. Our current coach has a W&D and we appreciate it more than we thought we would, but I understand that sometimes closet/storage space is more important. Thanks for the comments.

Do you need a special license to drive this ? CDL ?

CDL requirements vary by state. In Texas (and as far as I know all states) would not require a CDL for this particular coach. When you get above 26,000 GVWR, some states will require a CDL, so best to check w/ your local laws. Good question, Lisa
