I felt the girl in the first story in a way! 1977-1983, that's a 6 year time period! I went through depression for 6 years(2008-2014) and overcame it! I'm just sorry to hear this girl winded not doing the same about her trauma! Yes, it's difficult after an event like that but, what a shame because it's horrible to know and see that we live in a world where stuff like that is a reality, sometimes! I don't care who you are, nobody deserves that! I wouldn't even wish that on my own worst enemy! Anyway, be safe and take care of yourselves because you never really know when your last moments with someone are gonna be! :)👌 🙏

I feel like in the first story the guy broke up with her because of her mental health issues. If that's the case, then he really wasn't being a good boyfriend. However, if she broke up with him because she wanted to save him from her own problems then that was noble on her part, but still probably not helpful to her.
