Sleep is something all need but there are times when sleep can not come that is sometimes when we realize are fears and are sorrows this is the time when are mind wonders and we realize the wrong and stupid stuff we have done but then sleep comes and a new day apears for us to do better or more stupid stuff to think about at night Sleep is bliss but the hours or minutes before it are a nightmare
