Estou estudando pra concurso e está me ajudando bastante. Mesmo que nem sempre siga os tempos certinho já da uma ajuda pra focar com meu TDAH lascado, pois me faz ter noção de quanto tempo passou. Então, sabendo que tem 25min de estudo, eu me esforço pra focar um pouco mais, pois sei que meu attention span é curto. E a música com som de chuva ajuda a reduzir o barulho da tv da sala.
