2-Hour time-lapse description of solar features

Sunday clouds kept me from having a clear time-lapse video of the sun's solar activity. I decided to make lemonade from lemons and turned the video into an informative description of solar features. Let me know what you think. I know the text is rough but if this sort of thing is worthwhile I will look into better software.
