I love love love the video, Trish ❤ the marker sounds and the positive affirmations really put my mind at ease. I've had a really bad flare up with my axiety and massive depressive disorder and cptsd so i havent been able to relax and have been on edge and not sleeping. This helped me feel safe enough to allow myself to get some sleep. I really really would hate to see this channel go, cuz its the only thing thats worked asmr wise. Other channels are too trend-hungry and agressive yet yours is always so chill
