For a long time I've suffered from Migraines.. not just basic headaches, as in I would be in a fetal position with the lights off in complete darkness or I would vomit and need to go to the doctor. Your videos have kept me from needing a doctor... love you Emma! Keep shining.💜

Yay! I love coloring! So relaxing! Could you please do another “putting you to bed” video? I love all of them but that’s my favorite. It gives me that sensation that I imagine most people feel when they start to fall asleep, but as an insomniac I rarely do. It’s losing it’s tingling affects because I watch it so often. I accidentally got into ASMR when I was watching someone draw Zentangles. She practiced ASMR while teaching Zentangles. I loved her play with pencils and sharpies. She even sorted her pastels. She also cut in the paper one she drew on it- great tingles and played with the paper shreds too! Love this video!

Oh, this is lovely Emma. I found these kinds of books so helpful to me when I was initially diagnosed with depression and didn't really have an outlet to channel my focus into.
