I am experimenting with tear, titanic hydra, iceborn gauntlet, tear into manamune, frozen hearth , rod of ages. The hp and mana stacking gives you tons of free dmg while you are a f badass tank. Only downside is.. you need 30 min. Games to get the full sjit

the conqueror rune sucks as all you do is poke and in and out fights. try fleet or press the attack, the speed up of fleet lets you last hit more and press the attack will do wonders with your technique pf waving in auto's
