Not really, there were still a lot of 1000hp cars around. But not the 1500+hp cars that are out there now. It's ridiculous cause you have 2000+hp GTR'S and 1700hp supra everywhere at Texas now. Basically promod power levels on the street.

Love these throwbacks! 1320 laid the foundation for street racing videos. I always find it funny when I see a comment like “This is so much better than 1320” on other racing channels comments section. i remember when having a 400hp honda would be enough to dominate everyone, now we got 3500hp lambos doing 260 in the half mile and gtrs doing like 220 in the 1/4 mile its nice to have some old school racing in 1320video again keep it up great content!

@@colemanducharme4453not being a fanboy or anything, just stating, top spec GTRs also make around 4k hp. But the highest spec street builds of both that actually run the streets are capped around 2500 hp. And GTR owners actually use their cars regularly both on the street and track. Anytime you see a lambo they're either built for either street or track, not both. Plus on the track, GTRs are well into the low to mid 6s now. Dunno the record for a lambo but it ain't nowhere close to that
