its only just because of there weather condition, which is always cool and you get fresh omlete thre so it feel just different nd pure taste, so weather+fresh omlete makes tasty combination otherwise it is not any special or specific thing on that omlete a very simple omlete with very basic indigrents, he use only turmeric powder,salt, Red chilly powder, green chilly, and chat masala only and second thing its located in a tourist place you will get fresh food in a pocket Friendly price reasons of HYPE thats it
