Wear a mask Tom. I was an apprentice with my late father. He died of breathing related issues. He used to say you don't even think about breathing until you can't do it. He died at 70. Look after your health . Keep the great videos coming.

Thanks for the support Sean, I really do need to wear one, my PPE wearing isn't always the best, there's a few things I should do to help look after myself
@Tom_Plumb_PHS10 күн бұрын
Definitely Sean we're all guilty of not wearing all the PPE we should, including me. The JSP fit check masks are good as you can check you've got a seal easily before you get stuck in.

@SeanRidley-g7z10 күн бұрын
@@b1h2u3p4 Ive been a plumber for 35 years. My point is make the time. We all think bad things happen to others. Over time all the times you can't be bothered adds up. All your hard work will be for nothing if your not well.

Can you fix flow and return on those radiators either end>?Are the radiators labelled input/output. In which case you have connected at least one rad the wrong way round
@PlumbLikeTom8 күн бұрын
These are flow sensitive, some vertical rads you can spin round if you get it wrong without altering the pipes. The one in the video can't though due to the style of the rail. Some come with baffles to put in yourself, so you can select which end is the flow. Thanks for watching Robert

love your flux brush!! nothing wrong with customers adding on work. its a good problem to have. always a good practice to get things in writing that way everyone is covered. tom, would you know how many btu's those rads put out with 3/4 or 19mm pipe? thanks.
@PlumbLikeTom8 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching Ted, a 15mm pipe will carry about 13000 btu's. The rads have been sized for a 50 degree flow temperature. I did do the heat loss calculation, but I would have to look back at my book to find out how many btu's the rad were
