I have this exact one and needing some troubleshooting. I press the glide button and it blinks a red light and no longer glides. Any troubleshooting or exact fix info would be much appreciated

@@annephilipsien72 Hi, ive just got mine out and set it up, it was doing the same, it seemed to be a bit stuck, give the glider part a shake and a push, I did this and it started gliding.

@@joliman89 I will give it a try! Maybe it got stuck or off track when my leg was in the way and it did the click click click thing while trying to glide.

@@cameronhogan7511 ok..... I finally had time to tackle it. I unscrewed the black dome thing, then flipped it over and unscrewed the base cover off exposing the motor. I slid the gliding motor thingy all the way to one side and turned it on then off, then slid it the other way and repeated it until it reset. I let it run (totally open) until I was comfy that it wasn’t going to shut off. And I’m not sure I really did anything but kinda reset it. Then I put it back together. Put the 13lb baby in it and it ran like a champ

IB they still sell it on Walmart website. I’m actually looking at right now but after seeing your comment and reading some of the reviews, I’m gonna pass even tho I wanted something cheaper than the mama roo that still makes some of the same movements
