In this video, I'll show you how to make sorbet at home with only 2 ingredients. This 2-Ingredient sorbet recipe is very easy to make, No Ice Cream Machine is Required, dairy free (vegan sorbet) and deliciously refreshing. You can make this homemade Sorbet with Any Fruit: Mango Sorbet, Strawberry Sorbet, Banana Sorbet, Banana Blueberry Sorbet, Raspberry, Pineapple, Watermelon, etc.
What is the difference between sorbet and ice cream?
No dairy is added to sorbet, which is how it is different from ice cream.
What is the difference between sorbet and Sherbet?
Sherbet is halfway between sorbet and ice cream. It's basically sorbet that contains a bit of cream or milk.

Maple syrup is a syrup made from maple trees. You can buy it :)

This was so helpful!~ I saw another recipe that required condensed milk, so even though I bought the fruit I kept putting off making it. I'm glad to know I can just use my favorite sweetener instead! Now I can make some today!~😂😇🙏

You are welcome Diaha :). No dairy is added to sorbet. It should always be fruit-based puree with sweetener. When you add condensed milk or any diary to a sorbet it's called sherbet which is halfway between sorbet and ice cream.

Whats the problem in buying fresh fruit, slicing it and put it in the freezer over night? Fresh and frozen fruit. If you use unfrozen fruit, you will get a liquid smoothie texture. After freezing this over night, you will propably get a block of ice.
