West Virginia has wins over (then) #3 Gonzaga, #24 Arizona, #7 Kansas, and now #2 Iowa State. The only team with more wins over ranked opponents is Kentucky. How are they not even in the top 25? If they don't make it in the next round of voting, I'm calling it a scandal.

@@sadjmoe1269 those that do the ranking probably believe that this team will eventually have both feet on earth and end up falling apart making it as if ranking them can be bit premature. If they say put 5 more wins in a row, not an easy tasks in the B12, they'll be ranked from that day forward. Put them at 18-4 and 9-3 conference play. IMO WV is ranked period. Safe spot IMO is around 15 thru 20 at the moment, each win or loss obviously moves them up or down. Going to have an impressive resume for March madness period. Depending how deep their run in B12 tournament will determine higher seed, as of now WVU is easily a 4th seed at this period.

Barely sneaking into the top 25 last week was disrespectful enough, but losing to a top 10 team and immediately being outside the top 25 is a joke considering the teams we’ve beat and the multiple 4 loss teams well into the top 25 with less impressive wins

WVU shouldn't have dropped out of the rankings. They acted like losing to a really good Arizona team was a terrible loss! Arizona was just outside of the rankings, reciting several votes, and had been ranked previously in the season.

Considering who they’ve beaten WVU should be in top 10. At minimum top 15. Any “blue blood” school with the same resume would almost certainly be in the top 10.
