What a clever idea & talent you have in making those clam cookies…do you have a cookbook out? I first thought you were making Perogies but you made cottage cheese cookies, I’d love to have some with you & tea. Was that butter in your dough or cream cheese? And there’s nothing like fresh corn either boiled or grilled…add butter to and yum! As always I love watching your videos, your cooking skills & just what an awesome woman you are! I love your hair scarf…and dress. Today here would be great for making cookies or cooking a stew. It’s Dec 3 & we have a lot of snow here. I try to stay inside. We make tea by drying corn silk. It should be consumed in small amounts. It is very beneficial for the kidneys. It can be consumed 2-3 times a week. I do not have a cookbook yet. If I do, I will let you know. Fresh grilled corn is one of my favorites. It tastes very delicious. I always grill corn when it is in season. I sew most of my clothes myself. I am glad you liked it.
