(2) KTM 950 Adventure Motorbike Meeting at former largest Russian military airbase outside the USSR

Templin/Groß Dölln airfield was a special airfield in the district of Uckermark in Brandenburg. It was operated by Flugplatz Verwaltungsgesellschaft Groß Dölln AG. At the time of its military use from 1955 to 1994 by the Soviet Air Force, Templin was the largest military airfield in the GDR. The airfield has been closed since 8 March 2012. The Driving Centre Groß Dölln GmbH is located on the site and uses around 113 hectares of the former airfield. The Driving Center organises driving safety training courses for private individuals and companies.
