Rasmalai banaane ki iss secret recipe se bass 2 liter doodh se banaaein bilkul halwai jaisi soft aur raseeli RasMalai behad aasaani se :)
INGREDIENTS :
---- रसमलाई ----
दूध - १ + १ लीटर​
सफेद सिरका - २ चम्मच
केसर - १ चुटकी ​
केसरी फूड कलर - १ चुटकी
बादाम (कटी हुई) - १ चम्मच
पिस्ता (कटे हुए) - १ चम्मच​
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - १/३ + १ कप​ ​ ​
कॉर्न फ्लोर - १ छोटा चम्मच​
---- Rasmalai ----
Milk - 1 +1 liter
White Cooking Vinegar - 2 table spoon
Saffron - 1 pinch
Saffron food color - 1 pinch
Almonds (chopped) - 1 table spoon
Pistachios (chopped) - 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1/3 + 1 cup
Cornflour - 1 tsp
