Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Cassava flour 2 cups
Brown sugar 2 1/2 cups
Lye water 2 tsp.
Water 5 cups
For the 2nd Layer:
Glutinous rice flour 1 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Lye water 1/2 tsp.
Water 1 1/4 cups
Annatto seeds 1/4 cup
