I have a crippled ankle with my other one suffering from muscle deterioration, and the Memories of Tokyo-To gave me inspiration to start roller-blading again after 8 years. I wasnt very good but it got me active again, and while I didnt stick to the roller blading, I still listened to the album every morning for months as I pursued my new interest in boxing that I actually stuck to.
