You have to equip fast friends. 3 6 star fast friends for the best results. Also there's another method: in city escape you have to go to the 3rd rail from spawn, climb the slope and equip bike mount, after that while you slowly go down the slope with the bike, you have to land backwards on the rail while on bike.
