Bro shes such a great teacher. My friend who struggled with the Obi/Ani technique for years learned this in literally 2 minutes.

One thing that she’s doing that I appreciate is mirroring right-handed viewers. Either she’s using her left hand in the demonstrations or flipping the video horizontally in post, but either way, that is SO helpful! So many tutorial makers do not think about this and it is very frustrating to have to learn anything backwards and flip it around in your head.

Minutes ago, I just saw you at FB for the first time. Saw how badass you were at swinging a lightsaber. I quickly searched you in KZbin and then I immediately subscribe. No questions asked.

Thank you for this tutorial. I've been struggling to get this for awhile, I've tried about 5 different techniques from different saber KZbinrs. Yours is the only one that made sense and I was able to replicate the mechanics. You did a great job explaining how to link everything together and create a flow. Three dedicated practice sessions and I'm now working on speed and can do a couple transitions. Thank you so much!!

I've been practicing for about a month now and this one sticks so well once you learn it. Always good to get a review through to refresh the fine details of the form.

Hi, Michelle, have you done any work with a single edged blade like a katana? I'm wondering what kind of adjustments or limitations there are when you'd need to align an edge angle through your movements or strikes instead of the forgiving stick that a lightsaber is. For example basic forward figure eight has you striking with the wrong side of the blade unless you hold it flipped or reversed.

Nice technique, spe with a light saber ! In one of your demo (in another video), you turn around and go on spinning, while changing the flow. Could you show the transition in a video ? That would be most appreciated ^^

Ok, but in the step by step for the low whip the “blade” never goes beyond parallel to the ground, and when you’re doing the actual move it does a complete 360 degree spin. Am I missing something? Every tutorial says the same thing. They show these steps, and then the actual maneuver is something different

Staff spinning looks way cooler when you’re deflecting blaster bolts with it. Seriously. I could come up with way better lightsaber action scenes than this shite.
