Great video and great workout exercise. String skipping and I think also rhythmic aspects even they are in sixteenth notes. The exercise sounds a little bit like Jeff Loomis 😀 @JustinHombach: Great shirt. The coolest Alkaloid shirt so far.

Fun workout that's quite straightforward nice stuff right to the point. I'd love to see what kind of workout you'd create if you did a string skipping video like this but focus on chord tones, and play a chord progression with the string skipping itself. Shred on, from one Justin to another!
