Financial stability and development council (FSDC) established in 2010, a non- statutory and an autonomous body under ministry of finance. It's regulatory architect for indian financial market (money market+ capital markets) . It replaced the High level committee on capital markets. And constructed as council of regulators having permanent secretariat , chairman : finance minister. In 2013, financial sector legislative reform commission present their report recommended for change from 'area based division' to 'task based division' . Thankyou.

No need to search about niti aayog,no funds are separately allocated to council which is similar character of niti aayog, it means FSDC is an organ of NITI aayog 👍
