As strange as that sounds... It CAN help with sleep down the line. When I was a baby, my pops would run the big tools all the way up to neighborhood noise-curfew, specifically to condition me to sleep better. It worked too. I can fall wake up AND fall asleep to the same Sousa Marches and Dubstep, and I can fall asleep AND wake up to the same Classical lullabies and New Age music. lol

KZbin automatically turns on stable volume I think. Turn off stable volume to hear the difference If you’re on mobile, find it by clicking the video, tapping the cog ⚙️ in the top right and selecting “additional settings”
