It is possible, Our honda civic 2002 consumed 3 lakh of petrol in just 1 month. At that time petrol was at 290 i guess and the car was giving approx 9 8 average.

On the motorway M2 my father's Honda City 2005 and my Honda City 2013 (both with manual transmission) give a consumption of ~22 km per litre when driven at 80 km/hr (with or without air-conditioning). Sun-roof in Pakistan? Hardly over the year we get a couple of months to use it (unless one is living up north in the hills)
