i was gonna say man up BUT. I've not worked with cows for a very long time but those testers were not available then. we use to smell the breath or milk for acetone ( pear drop sweets) smell. then treat with propylene glycol and glycerine drench and a vitamin b injection. but then we had a black and white tv and a 5 bottle milk bottler and boxes of green foil caps. up till midnight bottling milk for our milk round. we still have the farm and land. but we don't farm. we turned to diggers and made more money. were not far from you between Preston and clitheroe. i love your channel. i looking forward to your ploughing video. keep up the good work.

I find a bottle of calcium and magnesium under the skin can sometimes help them off form cows.

Oh my you young gals are some hard workers I did this with me dad when was a young fella only had like 20 cows they only thing when milking we didn’t have all the modern equipment you girls are using we used traditional buckets and by hand, oh and Miss Evie your quite brave walking down that milking hallway with all them cows back sides facing you if it was me I’d be worried about them going potty eew!
