@@rickmoreno6858 I agree. Worst mistake in Husker history was firing Coach Solich.

Oh god, you are all clueless about Solich. * 1 conf championship in 21 years, * losing bowl record at both schools at Neb only * 32-7 then 16-12. the CO game is the divider * worst loss at Neb in 40 years * first non winning season in 40 years * 2 of the worst back to back losses in 40 something years * 1-9 against ranked opponents on the road * 9 wins his last season (1 ranked opponent that finished unranked) * 1 of only 5 coaches to loss Bill Snyder (KSU) while ranked in the top 10. Billl was 5-36 in that category. The AD was absolutely spot on in firing him for not winning the games that mattered later in his time there.
@mas5867 Жыл бұрын
@Rob Johnson Rob, Solich was 42-7, then 16-12 And from the season after the CO blowout, he avg'ed 5 losses a season for the BALANCE of his career. Sucked, he did.

I wish Texas AM and Nebraska were back in the BIG 12. Giving SEC east Texas recruiting is going to show this upcoming decade. *North:* Missouri Iowa Nebraska Kansas Oklahoma State Oklahoma *SOUTH:* Louisville Tennessee Arkansas Louisiana Texas A&M Texas I know its not traditional, but it solves having west Virginia in the conference..
@jpowell24074 жыл бұрын
Are you serious? Half these teams aren't and would never be in the Big 12. And for some reason you left out Oklahoma St, Kansas St, Iowa St, Texas Tech, Baylor, and TCU - 6 of the 10 teams currently in the conference.
@christophershannon87343 жыл бұрын
@@jpowell2407 Get rid of them all. Useless universities that don't add much. Them being in the BIG 12 is more beneficial to the university than it is to the conference.

1:32:21 Wild to look at that and think that 21 years later, he would become the head coach for OU. It's also kinda ironic seeing him being the "get back" coach for Mike Stoops there. Lol

If the big 12 never got rid of Nebraska, Missouri an Texas A&M the big 12 would still have great defenses with ultimate offenses. Why would you take away at least two bluebloods an replace them with shitty replacements. I still don't get it till this day.
