I think one of the reasons why scrap had by far the best time is because he's the best at using the orbital cannon some of those shots were brutal for the others

It could be separate evolutionary paths (each player sticks with the same plane they had from the start but changes it each round) so that there's more diversity and like reactionary evolution and stuff Eg if your opponent uses thrust vectoring, next round you could put on an emp instead of an extra smart cannon

I noticed this in other videos as well that the camera timing is a bit ahead of action. Seems a bit strange when ScrapMan calls out action instantly. Feels like it lacks natural reaction time. Example at 12:31

That just happens during editing, I think it's where the video file goes from 60 fps to 59.997 or something and the audio doesn't, so the frames lag behind after long enough.

@@-aid4084 No that isn't it. If that was the case then lips would get out of sync with audio. From the looks he is recording camera and game separately and then syncs together, but without leaving room for reaction time. Just my guess.

Yeah I've noticed it in the last couple of videos as well. I think it's a fixed desync, the editor probably changed their editing process a bit and it had knock-on effects that were subtle enough not to be caught.

Well everything is recorded separately, because, it has to be As in there is 3 tracks, 1 is audio and video for the game and everything happening on his computer 2 is his microphone 3 is his camera None of these are together and are often started at different times There is literally no way for that to not be the case Even your phone records them separately, but because its software that starts it at the same time, it combines and syncs it for you Technically the game stuff is separate too obs just does the same thing, starting recordings at the exact same time and combining them for you One trick that is often used for syncing cam and mic is to clap once on camera to sync it combine it then cut it out later However there is no real trick that can be used to sync his face cam with the game footage other then eyeballing it If i were to think of 1 way to do it, is for him to turn off his lighting and have his monitor flash white briefly So that he could sync the footage of a white flash on his face with a flash on the recording, just like the clap used for mic to camera Which if all of that is recorded everything could be synced and then the syncing set up could be cut out later But he likely isnt doing that and is just guessing based on his own reactions and forgetting to add some delay Since this is only happening recently, he could have hired an editor who is now making these mistakes, or just developed a bad habit randomly

With the Space Map, is it possible to orbit around one of the "planets?" You guys could have a challenge where an actual Orbital Canon circles the "planet," letting the shooter pick their targets when topside. The others would be allowed to change positions when you're on the opposite side and freeze when you come over the horizon. Love your shenanigans and eagerly wait for more. Have a wonderful day!

Air battle with flying cars set within a certain altitude parameter! 160 block limit. 6 power cores and a smart cannon. Cars that go too high or too low have 8 seconds to get back into the designated altitude before automatically exploding

Maybe make a couple of different models of the orbital cannon. A shotgun spray would be nice. A minigun shotgun rain would be terrifying. Blaster shotgun would be absolutely devastating. Snowballs and metal crates would also be an interesting iteration.
