Sir I have no strong knowledge about 2003 logic but I little know. Sir Aapne btaya ki koi bhi two transmitter fail hone per compressor trip kr jaye. I think sir may be Aapne reverse explain kr diya ha. Mere according koi bhi two transmitter fail Ho jaye three me se to bhi compressor trip na ho. Mtlb total three transmitter fail Ho to hi compressor trip kre. Sorry if m wrong

fail hone ka just ik maine example bataya hai... agar 2 Transmitter me low pressure aa jata hai or 1 Transmitter me nahi ata ho sakta h jisme nahi aaya wo faulty ho or value stuck ho uska to jo 2 PT low pressure dikha rhe hai wo Tripping me use hote hai agar 3sre k b fail hone ka wait karenge jo ki actual me stuck hai or compressor ka suction low h to humara compressor damage ho sakta hai.. isliye 3 me se 2 PT fail ya fir low suction jane par compressor trip hona chhaiye... Bcz safety interlocks plant or equipments ki safety k liye banaye jaate hain. And its ok don't be sorry i am there for teaching.. Analog value from pressure transmitter how it could be converted to single digit 0 or 1.. just asking doubt..

as i have given example of compressor low trip... so you have to take input of 2oo3 block is the low alarm of the pressure transmitter... if pressure transmitter fails you can select to generate a low alarm (that is a digital alarm) or if actually low alarm comes 2oo3 logic block input goes high(1),so the 2oo3 logic will work on digital signals.

Agar 3 transmitter me se koi ek transmitter faulty ho jata he means work nahi karta or remove kar diya ho to ish situations me kaishe work karta he..

pehle AND gate laga hua hai usme 2 PT k input aa rhe hai uske bad or gate laga hua h or Gate tab high hoga jab use input high milega or input high tab hoga jab koi 2 PT fail honge... aap PT fail hone par selection kar sakte ho ki aapko inout High chahiye... ya fir not gate laga sakte ho agar aap low ka selection rakhte ho to not gate ki wjaah se low input high ho jayega or AND gate work karega or fir or gate ka function hai ki koi n input high mile to wo high output hoga or OR gate k high output se jo ik bit banegi us bit ka use aap compressor ko stop karwane k liye kar sakte ho... Logic k through aapko easily samjh aayega.
