I am in a knee brace and I use crutches right now because of a dislocated knee cap (hasn’t it always been dislocated tho?) and this video immediately makes me feel better!

I used to be like that. I dislocated and relocated my knee sliding into 3rd base. Then I had to get surgery to remove extra fluid and frayed cartilage. It gets better though. Make sure you do your exercises if you go to physical therapy they help so much.
