I'm so sorry to see you having seizures Ang. I know you aren't asking for my advice but I'll just tell you that after 20+ years of having a seizure at least every 3 weeks I have just gone 4 months without a seizure. I started slowly adding MCT oil daily and the seizures decreased. I went 60 days without a seizure then 73 and now I'm up at 4 months. Since the oil was working so well I decided to lower my carbs too and now I'm on the keto diet even though I have cheats. That's a really big change and I feel like a different person. It was really hard to change my diet while having seizures so frequently so the MCT oil helped reduce them to a point where I could think more clearly. I hope you feel better soon. BTW, I moved up slowly to 2 TBSP of MCT oil, only with food, and couldn't ever increase it more than that.

I haven't watched your videos for a long time, and then suddenly you popped up in my feed again. It really looks like you have come a long way with your seizures, and they are getting better and better! I think that is an important thing to remember, that you are getting better even though some or most of the days feels like you're standing still. I was diagnosed with grand male when i was a child. As I got older they kind of disappeared but came back as an adult. The last one I had wax when I was going through my change if life which u was at work slammed myself on the concrete wall and ended up with a nasty huge pump on my forehead and that was back in 2006 so it's been 17 years no more seizures. But seeing yours takes me back. I still have the auras di I know they are still their lurking in My head. I didca 5 day eeg about q0 yes ago which came back abnormal so yeah, they still marked me as seizure prone. What are they doing for you with meds? And are you a candidate for surgery to remove the abnormal part of that in your brain? I was not because I guess I did not have enough to do that. I just want you to know I understand those feelings you get before you have an attack. They have me still on trileptal no matter what just for insurance to make sure they stay that way.

Hello from Colorado US. I am a mom of a 15 year old girl, diagnosed with epilepsy. She started having tonic clonics a year ago. I have been watching your channel for a while now. I was wondering if you could do a couple of videos sharing the beginning of your story. Your journey of your start to where you are now. What have you tried (example keto? Chiro? Different medications?) And how they worked or didn't? We are at the beginning of our journey and there is no one out there sharing what you share. Your optimistic spirit is very helpful and encouraging. I would assume that it has not always been thay way, especially in the beginning? I'm just wondering what would you tell yourself to help you get through all the test/exams/medications/hospital stays. Our first hurdle we had to over come was not getting a drivers permit. I am encouraged knowing you guys have figured out a way for you to live on your own. How did you guys come to that decision? Thank you for all that you do. You really are helping real people who are also dealing with seizures. Thanks.

Always wear sunglasses when you're outside because the lights can trigger It Off. And watch out for what foods you cannot eat that could trigger It Off. And never go to sleep After something like this. You can say I truly know a lot about this. And just recently they have new medication for this .⚘💙

Hi Angelique, birthday wishes to your mom!! I am always thinking of you, and when i looked closer today, i saw that your doggie Cola almost totally looks like Our Daphne, she passed away 6 years ago at the age of 15. She Was a poodle/ Jack Russell Mix and as cute as Cola is. I didnt See Sadie, since she was hiding under the blanket 🤔. By the way, i used to faint a lot due to anxiety,,those fainting spells also started with deja vue sensation, .so frightening. I am thinking of you, and i am glad you have Cory!

Angie, I’m a follower and have been for a while. I’m so proud of you for how strong and brave you are🤗 it’s amazing how much you’ve grown. I have Epilepsy since birth and it’s been one week and 2 day since I got my tracheostomy tube out and I was 6 years on life support and have been on hospice, I also just got off TPN and back on my tube feeds. I did want to ask if you have (respectfully please I do mean well) if you have all Epileptic or if you have FND or PNES and please don’t take it the wrong way, I respect you and am so proud of you how far you’ve come. It hard I know and wish we didn’t have this but seeing you I’ve seen how amazing support you have I’m happy about that 🫠

I had one grand Mal seizure, lost consciousness and hit my head on the corner of the table. Had to go to the hospital with AMT assistance. Cost me $25K for one day in emergency room. That was awful.

I heard you get them when your on your period or when your period is going to start. I had my first seizure at work the other day and fell on a concreted floor and busted my nose . I’m 36 and my doctor said they can’t find a cause. . I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. I feel like I’ve been in a car wreck
