Everyone has their own perspective, but here is mine. Whether we are talking about India or outside India, we will have to move towards Non conventional energy in the coming years, whether we like it or not. As humans, we have a tendency to survive, adapt, and live. Solar is one of the major future energy sources, but it is not the only one. Biomass also has a lot of potential, as we cannot rely solely on wind and solar power. Nature wants balance, and we will either create that balance or nature will do it for us. I will invest in water, biomass, solar, and wind power, and there may be new inventions in these fields as well. Now, on to the main point: solar has a lot of potential, not just from a fundamental or technical analysis perspective, but also from a consumer perspective. In the 1970s, advancements in technology and manufacturing processes made solar panels more affordable and accessible to the public. The oil crisis of the 1970s also spurred interest in alternative energy sources, including solar energy. In 2023, we are starting to see the results of this investment, both for producers and consumers. From a share perspective, I would say that whenever any sector share reaches its high, I will correct it, even if it is a small percentage. The sellers are those who are looking for short-term gains, like 5 to 10% profit. However, those who are patient and buy at every dip will be rewarded. But before you buy, you should do your own research on the company, because you are the one who is investing, not the advisor. The advisor can only give you a hint, not more than that. It is better to take credit for your profit or loss yourself, rather than relying on advice. So, according to me, I will watch for the dip points and invest accordingly. As they say, "never put all your eggs in one basket." Here, both solar and biomass look like golden baskets. I will invest in Tata Power and wait for the dip, but if there is any good news or fundamentals, I will also invest at any price, because I am both a trader and an investor.
