From my brother and I, we just want to say thank you to all of you who have subscribed! You guys are the best 😁 NOTE: Amazon just re-set the payment cycle for some sellers (week of October 19 2020) so for 2 weeks the transfer amount may be a bit odd, after that all will be normal again.

Great video Dan, thanks. For smaller sellers, when looking at the statements, it helps to click on "transaction view". Great video. In response to your question about what content we would like to see, My suggestion is if you could do more of the practical screen time on how to use the Amazon interface i.e. actual step by step of entering each box, clicking save and continuing to the next page. As I recently paid for an hour coaching call to an Amazon wiz, for about 15 minutes things were going well, but because I didn’t have the ZIP Code for the address of the manufacturer we couldn’t save and continue to the next page. Meaning the call was completely wasted as we couldn’t get any further on in the FBA process. The guy filled in the time to help me on a few other small issues but they were easy enough to work out myself. What was upsetting was it wasn’t his fault or my fault. It’s just that Amazon has so many hurdles that I didn’t know where ahead. Meaning I didn’t know in advance FBA needed the address for the manufacture let alone the ZIP Code. These troubling little hurdles mean coaching calls are pointless because us (the seller) have no way of knowing what information to have prior because we don’t know what’s ahead of us. The coaching call person was nice enough about it but I really did not get my money‘s worth and afterwards felt quite gutted. The only time I felt good in the 2 and a 1/2 months I’ve been trying to launch a product has been just recently discovering your videos!!. As I’ve looked at a lot of other KZbin Amazon videos that helped only slightly. What’s good is I’ve seen that you do do on screen ‘step-by-step’ instructions, so more of that would be great!!. Especially if you can think of a hurdle that will come. Like what happened to me as I don’t know how to get back to the screen where I enter those manufacture details again. I also see that there’s going to be item size package size, box size and weight issues come up, yet my manufacture only just gave me that now (so I would’ve been stuffed in that coaching call anyway without that information). So if you could show us on screen videos on how to get back to the stage where you think we could have last been stuck at, so we can continue from, would be appreciated. (If that makes sense?) i.e. not just a step-by-step where everything is ready and goes well, more if things don’t go well (so step-by-step fixes) I felt like giving up so many times but I can’t because have a product in overseas I paid for and now waiting to be shipped. Thank you again for your help so far here on KZbin, you have been a life saver. I’ve been sharing your videos with friends interested Cheers

Hey Westrnby! Plan your differentiation off of review research etc and then collab with the supplier/manufacturer to make it happen. Usually they are able to offer customizations and custom packaging, if intense, you will want to consider those capabilities as you vet suppliers. Overall, yes, directly with the manufacturer/supplier as much as possible

Hey chirag! The short but hard answer is: You'll need to get more positive reviews. If a bad review is about the seller and not the product you can have it removed, this is rare but noteworthy so check them. Then work on boosting reviews, options could be: -Lower Price -Coupon Clippings/Codes -Review Services which do things the right way
