I like your approach. Very clear explanation of your thesis. You didn’t do a balance sheet analysis on both companies though.

Balance sheet to me doesn't matter with a company that has predictable cash flow, yes they have some debt but neither companies are going to zero, I only talk about the balance sheet if it's risky for the company, that's not the case here

thanks for analysis! my only worry is what if the DCF Multiple will be 8-9, when the company reaches to the 20$ DCF per share in 2027?. In that case, stock might not move from its current level of 170s. Do you know what is the average DCF Multiple in this industry?

It won't be 8 or 9, if that's the case the company can buyback like 10-15% of the market cap every year, impossible, it's hard to come with an average multiple because very few companies have long term contracts, but 15x is fair for this business

Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Renee Gilman, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Check BW LPG, they are transporting LNG. Biggest carrier in the world. 20% Dividend stock with insane growth recently. Now recovering from a setback. Would be interested in your view on this company.

If you want a hated industry, right now it's office space. My portfolio is 100% in Allied Properties REIT, which is in the Canadian office space. This one has been dragged down due to the industry sentiment, but it's still profitable. The ERs show red because of property value write downs, but the AFFO is still able to cover the dividend.

Is Cheniere's fixed fee subject to some sort of yearly escalation, better if CPI-linked? If not, investors may have some bad surprises before the 17-year-long contracts expire.

PEP should be trading at 15x. I'm a buy and hold investor so it doesn't make sense for me at this price. And no I an not "hating" on PEP. I'm simply not as nimble as u. Kim K. may be an attractive woman but for me the juice is not worth the squeeze. Not hate, but preference.
