We as Jamaicans are very indisciplined. Can you imagine? a system that was implemented by the Jamaican government to regulate and prosecute motorists who have breached are being demonized for doing their job after a motorist had breached? Additionally, for those who are blaming the Transport Authority, it's either you're lacking reasoning, or one of the few who do not like to adhere to the Law nor the people who enforces it, and now using this opportunity to dismiss the existence of the Transport Authority because you were penalized for a breach. It is of my view that the who person has committed the crime should be the one who faces the Justice System, and that person is the taxi driver. He was the one who was around the steering wheel, he was the one who made the decision disobey the law enforcer, and he was the one who killed the children and out of sheer INDISCIPLINE!!. It is simple, stop the car and listen to the law enforcer. Indiscipline is too thick in this country and everyone has an opinion except facts😒

They need to stop operating illegal cars in Jamaica and stop when the police stop them; they don't respect people life: stop blaming the authorities who are trying to do the right thing; when you people leave Jamaica and go to another country: we abide by their rules
@TestSubject8888 күн бұрын
@@cassandrathane4109Chasing passenger vehicles is just plain dumb. The logic is simple: a motor vehicle chase significantly increases the likelihood of a crash. Knowing this, and that the vehicle likely has innocent passengers, makes it extremely stupid to chase. This is Jamaica; they could’ve found the driver later easily.
@cassandrathane41098 күн бұрын
@@kimaredwards4013 so you’re saying that it is ok to put people life’s at risk because the court ruled against TA chasing the cab? So basically you’re blaming the TA and not the reckless driver?

I can not understand that in anout a week or a little more, at least 6 people have been killed in 3 separate vehicle accidents in on Parrish! What are the structures of the road conditions like for these tragedies to be happening so frequently of each other? Drivers need to show respect to other motorists and pedestrians and yield, stop, wait, and use turn signals when it's their turn! So tragic for all involved. I pray for everyone. Why when some accident like this happened, the people is calling for remedies. The jlp party government ministers them is in power more than 8 years and, the majority of the people in Clarendon are the jlp party supporters. So only because this accident now which resulting 2 students deaths and the 3rd,is in the hospital under going treatments. You must not wait until something happens, before you are calling for immediately solutions for an. All island rual schools buses services 🚍 should be in place a very long time ago, the drivers them is not obeying the road traffic 🚥 laws. Until the drivers them obeying the road traffic 🚥 laws,then you will have a reduction in road traffic 🚥 accident.

Dont think bus system will make a difference when ever there is a fatal accident involvg students as citizen we call for the easy way to remedy the problem it will happen again, we need to go deeper we cannot make every student take the school bus, make stronger laws that will ditter speeding, change the driving age, make road condition a priority, look at the geographical areas and the accident prone areas and put the necessary things in place infrastructure, debushing ect Most of all educate through adds interval sound systems there are many drivers on the road who cannot read teach them the basic,ect 80 km 50 km left turn right turn no u turn no more driving licence issue for one to use only as ID must be a practicing driver at all times must own a vehicle dont just get around a steering when ever you can get a vehicle to borrow Special licence will take you on certain roads to certain parishes not all over ect These are just my views maybe something may make sence Condolence to the families may God give you comfort and strength at this time
