Allah ta’ala says in his glorious Qur’aan: “شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ “The month of Ramadan is that month in which the holy Quran was revealed, as a guidance to mankind and with clear proofs of the guidance and the Criterion” (Sūratul Baqarah, Āyat 185) The month of ramdhan is blessed because the Quran was revealed in this month. We need to connect ourselves to the Qur’an in 4 ways: 1.Recite the Qur’an 2.Understand the Qur’an 3.Practice the Qur’an 4.Convey and propagate the message of the Qur’an. We need to try and look at translations of the holy Quran and ponder over the meaning of the Quran. Our beloved mother Aisha رضي الله عنها Said: “The akhlaaq of nabi صلي الله عليه وسلم was the Qur’an. May Allah تعالي give us all the ability to act on these beautiful words of wisdom from our beloved teacher and make the most of this blessed month Aameen 🙏
