This circuit don't have decoupling capacitor. A capacitor parallel to 22k regen control. Why?

If i can use a bf199 but you used a npn transistor and the bf199 is a pnp transistor can you make a schematic for a bf199?

No my friend, BF199 is an NPN transistor. Anyway, If you use any PNP FM or VHF transistor, you should only change the polarity of the battery and change direction of 10uF capacitor. That's it !
