Biew Kiew is a late variety so hopefully the fruit will ripen before winter. The grumichama should do well. Good practice using seaweed solution when planting. Cover the foliage as well. Both help transplant shock. To ensure the whole potting mix is wet, it’s a good idea to soak the pot in a 9 litre bucket with seaweed solution until all of the bubbles stop rising to the surface. You’ll have to remove or prune the yellow guavas back as they’ll easily compete for space. Both foliage and especially root competition. Best to prune in spring next year or 2026. Don’t prune before winter as the guava foliage will help protect the longan foliage from possible frost damage.

That's nice Old tree meet New tree😊 I grow Sunshine Blue please use acidic potting mix with some real peat moss get to 4.5ph grow good 🫐
