Why do you care what a bunch of foreign actors think about our media lmao. It's not like Hollywood movies are any better, try writing the pitch of any marvel movie. Guy gets bitten by radioactive spider and can now climb walls Guy is chosen to be a guinea pig for steroids by the military and frozen for almost a century because he was brave Rich guy is a genius and spends money on making high tech suits. The same thing is with their rom coms lmao. High school sleaze jock pays outcast to date the older sister of the girl he wants to date. Woman's memory is wiped clean every morning so a guy who likes her takes her on her "first date" every day Woman has to write an article on how to lose a guy in 10 days and a man gets challenged by his co workers to make a woman fall for him Guy accepts bet to date the nerd and ends up falling for her. Oh and the nerd is apparently supermodel pretty all she had to do was....take off her glasses and untie her hair. These all sound super dumb but the films are still considered classics because of the way they were delivered. But what my main point is, foreigners don't give a damn if you think their films are dumb and cringey so you shouldn't either. Have your own complaints about Bollywood because of your opinions. Not because you're embarrassed because "what will the Americans think of us?"
