I have been searching for a recipe to make "better" cream frosting forever. The icing on the cakes from the store is stable to sit out all day for parties. I've left the cakes out overnight when the fridge is too full with no melting or going sour or just bad. Is this stable to be out for a day or 2? Looks yummy! And no sugar added. Butter cream is just not on my diabetic diet lol. Thank you. Anyone who knows can answer. ❤️

I always love butter cream frosting more than whipped cream frosting. It is way tastier than whipped cream. And too yummy. But in market it's not found nowadays. They always sell whipped cream frosting cakes.

You should try condensed milk buttercream. Alot easier to make 500g butter, vanilla. Beat until nice and whipped then add 1 can sweetened condensed milk. No need for sugar.

Hmmm not really fondant is heavy,,,you need some real cream ,harder,,whipping cream is not hard enough to keep fondant,,,,real cream has at least little bit butter ( vanilla or chocolate cream )

We should not store cream in the door of fridge. The temperature of the sides may go up and down when we open the door of fridge. Better to keep in the shelf.

Whipped cream doesn't hold well unless it's stabilized. It just melts and goes flat. Do you have a recipe of stabilized whipped cream?

Exactly...this just whipped cream which has only a short life expectancy :-) I actually prefer folding in about 30-40% marscapone ...lasts for days in fridge.
