I have wavy weird patterned hair and I noticed I have to straighten it first. I can’t go in and just try to curl it or the curls don’t fall the same. I hope that answers your question

When you pull it through are you doing anything to the little clasp/button? Mine doesn’t glide through my hair. Like it feels too tight.

I always try to curl away from face but get screwed up by the mirror😂I’ll keep practicing,going to try your way,I like both ways but will start with the first side (left?lol) I love getting my hair in girly styles,men’s stuff is so boring🤣... thanks again and stay cute!!
