He had that chance, he had all those chances but wasted them. Why must she go back to someone who doesn't appreciate her advice or stand up for her when she is insulted? Why must she go back to someone who only realized the value of what he had when he saw someone else cherish them? It took him 365 days to realize it wtf was he doing during that time too? To be serious, his pride blindness to his mother, and lack of respect for his wife are what ruined his relationship. Think about yn, put yourself in her shoes. Yn left her family and old life to stay with her husband and in laws, she expected to valued, respected and protected not attacked by them. The 2 people that are supposed to be her supporters and family made her feelbworthless, troublesome and not valued. She must have felt so lonely and felt like she was backed up into a wall.

He had that one last chance when yn first came to talk to him, he had it when she left the company, he had it when they had their first serious fight. He had when they were divorced before they met a year later. But he wastes all those opportunities on his useless pride and blindness to his mother, even after meeting her for the first time in a year he still didn't defend her at that meeting. Nah ...girl that one last-chance behavior you have going on will get u in a lot of heartache in the future
