It is infidelity to a certain extent but definitely not incest. Incest is If the FAMILY/BLOOD RELATED individuals have a physical relationship with each other. It would've been incest if Y/n and Yumi slept together but here Tae is not a blood relation to either of them. Y/n is being used as a family l surrogate here (it's sadly pretty common for some families to find surrogates within the family).
