bro oru doubt nenga sonna matiri inductance charged by current & capacitance charged by voltage. if incase inductor lu voltage and capacitor ku current ahh vachi charge panna enna agum.. pls explain.

We cannot do that. Even if you apply a voltage across an inductor, a current will flow through the circuit (current I = V (applied) / R (parasitic resistance of inductor)). The inductor will get charged as a result of this current flowing through it. This is because inductor stores energy in magnetic field and magnetic field is produced as a result of current FLOWING through a conductor. (You may produce this current by using a voltage source and a series Resistor. It doesn't change the way in which inductor gets charged.) Apply the same logic to capacitor also.
