How it on its LED when ON? Since the reed switch only connect on +24v on power supply

What if we using PLC, and connected Blue to 24+VDC and Brown to input of plc, Is it okay? or it may damage the sensors? Because I was doing it. :(

I think that this circuit needs a diode due to inductive load.Some relays allready have a diode inside.If they don;t its better to put one externally

there's no two-wire NPN connection. NPN connection is applicable only to 3-wire sensors
