Author Tiffany Kelly what if the story is untrue or only half true in order to sell a book?
@author_tiffany_dionne6 жыл бұрын
Jimminy Cricket First, I don't know any woman who would make up a history of abuse to make money. You can see from this comment section that victims of abuse aren't popular, sympathized with, nor are they likely to be believed. They undergo character assassination when opening themselves up to detail what was done to them. No one purposely sets themselves up for that kind of ridicule. Secondly, there are too many young women who have told this same story without compensation for it to be untrue. All you have to do is Google R. Kelly to find accusers of sexual assault and abuse that dates back several years. Assuming that these women are lying to make a little bit of money is ridiculous. All signs point toward the truth.

I was very disturbed by Asante's story on lifetime, she walked into the abandoned house that she had lived in with Kelly, when she went into the room that had been his master bedroom she started crying, then sobbing because of the memories of the horror of the physical and sexual abuse she had suffered in there. All the girls suffered terribly, but her breakdown when she entered that room will stay in our minds forever.

Is there a crime that has been committed here? The other lady was there for two years. Is she trying to tell us that she was forced not to leave for the whole two years? When she finally left according to her why was she not hunted down and forced back? The other lady was there for a month. How come she was able to leave after a month and the other person couldn't? Some of these things do not really end up. Relationships are relationships. There are many strange things that happen out there with different people.

Sifiso Mbatha I think that's a little unfair, be kind, come on! a book doesn't happen overnight! You need to plan the introduction, middle and end. Oh and don't forget she even used Harvard referencing when referring to the 14 years old girl in the video. Give the woman some credit, I think her 2 year stay was sufficient enough to allow for a well written story 🤔 By the way, you buying the book?
