We used it last winter when getting live ABs was harder. It was nice for seeing velocity & specific locations. That said it is far easier to hit in Win Reality than in real life. But my son enjoyed the pitch recognition games & the situational hitting. Really akin to playing MLB on Xbox and learning situational hitting and such

Did you have issues with the bat disappearing (I'm using the short bat)? I found that if you hold the bat too far behind you, the bat will vanish or get stuck in that spot. Causes a lot of missed hits. The only way around it that I have found was to change my batting stance to have the bat more out in front of me. I think this is because the Quest 3 loses track of the controller behind your head. It is very frustrating if you want to do BP with a proper stance and a full swing. I suspect this is why they don't have an instant replay in BP. It would show how flaky the bat tracking is. I am wondering if a real bat would somehow track better? Would stink if that's the case. that short bat is really nicely done.

Were picking the q3 and the game up for my little guy in couple weeks to get that extra bp, any extra practice he is willing to put in always helps especially when they make it into a game, could u imagine what we would of had being hooked up to the atari 😂😂

how do you stream your set to the tv? mine never seems to cast to tv, only app on phone

I ran into this same issue (Skip to bottom if you want my solution). Quite a few things happening. One thing is that there seems to be a trend with older Chromecast devices and TVs/Rokus that can be cast to either not working anymore (not even talking about WIN Reality, just normal Android casting to them). A second thing I found was that Meta once worked and could cast to some people's TVs/Chromecast, but then an update removed the ability. It's also important (and disappointing) to note that Meta doesn't officially support casting to anything other than their phone app or the web browser link. They expect you to first cast to the Meta app, and then cast your phone to your TV. This is quite useless when your phone can't cast to your TV anyways. It's also useless in terms of WIN Reality if you want to use the app to dictate the pitches seen. Here is what I did and it works (though still not technically supported). I got the latest Chromecast 4k device and plugged that into my TV. Then you can cast to it. When in your Meta Quest 3, open the camera app and click cast. That new Chromecast should show up there.

You can mirror from iPhone or cast to a Google chromecast or fire stick from the headset directly
