I use my speedy b 30 in DE exactly as you do: fall/winter only. I use my speedy b 25 in mono for spring/summer. Absolutely live this bag and I’m so happy to have it in my collection. Even in the winter with my big coat, all bundled up, I still look stylish and comfortable ♥️

So glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. If I look at your video and that it's more than 2yrs, my guess is that you got the newer version of the DE which is the matte finish leather on the handles & strap. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and an LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy b nowadays? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte handle/straps? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!!
