Would you still recommend these? I'd like long time use for several babies and I heard some brands won't last a couple years with the elastic?

They should hold up. I know a lady who has alvas that are 5+ years old. Try to air dry the diapers if you can to prevent wear and tear on the elastic and avoid using vinegar often in the wash

No the covers fits better on my new born she's 3 months now and chunkier so I'm falling in love with the pockets more as she gets older but the covers is a definite win just look up how you pull it up to snug around their thighs your welcome
