As another spinning-since-forever DJ I feel you 100% on watching, learning, incorporating & always growing. I may not still have the quick twitch reflexes I did when I was still battling back in the early 90's but there is still so much to learn. For example you are part of me learning more about quality content creation, and that the gray in my beard is a-ok. Getting more comfortable in front of the camera will be my next big challenge. Always the DJ, always in the back behind the MC's, behind the scenes but in full control without being the focus (and liking it there) is a hard one to overcome. Really enjoy your videos. Have watched the Seventy aka first "mixer to make me leave my 57" overview several time while I have been patiently waiting since March for mine (finally got the shipping notification). Keep doing what you do. I will keep watching

i understand what you mean by not having a favorite DJ, but I do have a DJ that I have studied under and has the biggest influence on how I DJ.. Like you, I grab tips, method of DJing from different DJs (including you). But as my mentor told me, you have to be you! My take from that is to adapt the styles of other DJs to your style of playing, This includes the type of DJ you are and the genre you play. I guess I am saying all this to say I support what you are doing and you are making an influence in the DJ community! Keep it up!!
